From his first van to today’s fleet of electric vehicles, and from moving into a business unit to building a new office – there has been no shortage of highlights.
Will said:

Vectis Refrigeration provides a fully streamlined service encompassing design, installation, planned maintenance and emergencies, covering refrigeration, heat pumps and air conditioning systems for Isle of Wight retail, hospitality, industry and cold chain.
Sustainability has been an important aspect of the business since day one and we are working towards delivering net zero in refrigeration, air conditioning and heat pumps across the Isle of Wight.
Creating good opportunities for people is another key aspiration for the future.
Will added:

Alongside that, providing solid careers for local people and to inspire the next generation to look at engineering as a valid career path is really important to us.”
